Sorry Kit, what do you mean? I just clicked the start button and watched it, even though it merely a short computer-generated film showing what the new trains will look like in service.
Works fine now. When the article first appeared there was the standard You Tube message for non public content. Perhaps Rail News were a few minutes ahead of the release embargo!
