Senior Southeastern managers will be available at Charing Cross station on 18 August between 8am and 10am to answer any questions passengers may have regarding their services.
Southeastern will have a stand located on the main platform concourse where passengers will be able to meet the staff.
This is a monthly event where passengers get to speak directly to Southeastern senior managers from every department.
Southeastern say the sessions are a good way to hear ‘things directly’ from their customers.
