c2c takes-off for the Southend Airshow

c2c  will be providing additional seats on trains to Southend-on-Sea for the ‘Festival of the Air’ on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 May for the thousands of extra people who will be travelling to the resort for the annual airshow.

c2c will be providing extra carriages on services to and from Southend Central on both days of the airshow, with many train services doubled in length.

Additional train services will also run during the peak travel periods of late morning and early evening between Laindon / Grays and Southend Central.

Alan Bray, Head of Marketing for c2c and NXEA said:

“The Southend Festival of the Air is a really important event for the community we serve and we are delighted to be providing lots of extra seats on our services for customers travelling to Southend over the weekend. We hope everyone enjoys this special event.”
