The operators of metro systems in Dubai and Seoul, South Korea, have signed a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreeing to share rail sector knowledge and expertise.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and the Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation (SMRT) will work together to look at commercial development, safety and risk assessment, standards and regulation, assets and operations management, as well as ticketing and fare collection systems.
