Coradia Lint DMUs enter service on Cologne Diesel Network

The first new Alstom Coradia Lint train has entered service in the Cologne and Eifel region, also known as the Cologne Diesel Network.

DB Regio has ordered 56 new trains, in an order worth around €325 million, to operate in the southern North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate regions.

The new trains will operate in two and three-car configurations.
