DSB has released photos of one of the first IC3 units to undergo a major interior refurbishment.
All 96 IC3 train sets are being refreshed with new seat upholstery, new carpets, new interior furniture and signage.
DSB’s deputy director of commercial, Ash Wieth-Knudsen, said the IC3 trains were the most popular among its customers and “we are making it even better”.
The refurbishment is part of a scheduled major overhaul of the fleet, which is due to be completed in 2020.
