Octavius Infrastructure is delighted to announce it has been appointed by Network Rail to the North-West and Central (NW&C) Capital Delivery Framework for Major Projects for Control Period 7. They have secured a place on Lot A2, covering multi-discipline projects valued between £7 million and £50 million, encompassing building, civils and railway engineering.

“This win marks a significant milestone” said Matt Smith, Managing Director of Octavius Infrastructure’s Rail Division. “We are thrilled to have been selected to contribute to the enhancement of rail infrastructure in the NW&C region, and we look forward to working with both Network Rail and our partners to meet the needs of both passengers and stakeholders alike.”

This achievement follows Octavius Infrastructure’s recent successes with Network Rail for CP7 in both the Southern Renewals Enterprise as the Electrification and Plant partner, and in Wales and Western as the Stations and Buildings deliverer, further solidifying its reputation as a leading player in the rail infrastructure market.

The NW&C region serves as the economic backbone, connecting major cities from London Euston through to the West Midlands, the North West of England, and Cumbria before joining with Scotland. It is home to vital railway infrastructure, including the West Coast Mainline, the busiest mixed-use railway in Europe.

“We are excited to contribute to the transformation of the NW&C region’s rail infrastructure,” added Matt Smith. “Our team is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes that prioritise safety, reliability and customer satisfaction.”

Octavius Infrastructure looks forward to collaborating closely with Network Rail and its supply chain partners to deliver innovative solutions that advance rail infrastructure across the region.
