Teleste has opened a new repair centre in Warsaw, Poland, to better serve train operators and rolling stock manufacturers.
The Finnish technology firm, which supplies on-board surveillance systems, passenger information screens and video management systems, said that, by taking its services closer to European customers, it can now offer increased responsiveness through faster deliveries and shorter shipments.
As well as Alstom, Bombardier and CAF, Teleste has also worked with Danish infrastructure manager Banedanmark, Deutsche Bahn and on projects on the London Underground.
