Stadler begins delivery of Hungarian EMUs

Stadler has begun delivering the first of 15 new Flirt 3 EMUs for Hungarian State Railways (MÁV).

The trains are being transported by PKP Cargo from Stadler’s Siedlce factory in Poland to the Slovakian-Hungarian border, where MÁV will take over.

PKP Cargo used a combination of electric and multi-system locomotives to haul the new units.
