The Vietnamese delegation arrived in Russia as part of the official visit of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Phu Trong, to Russia.

The signed document defines the main principles for further cooperation on the drafting of the project, and also fixes the roles of the parties at the current stage of cooperation.

In accordance with the agreement, RZD International will prepare a feasibility study for the construction of this line on the basis of the best world practices.
