Rail customers across the North and into Scotland are being invited to book a space and chat virtually with train managers later this month, all from the comfort of their own home.

Most people are staying safe at home right now but train company TransPennine Express (TPE) still wants to give people the opportunity to get in touch and discuss the things that matter to them when it comes to travelling by train.

The next event will take place between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday 24th February 2021 and each one to one session will last for 15 minutes.

Members of the public will be able to set the agenda and have their questions answered at these #TalkTPE events, whether it’s finding out more about Covid-19 and train cleaning, customer service accessibility or TPE’s Nova trains.

Slots are still available for the next event and customers can sign up at: https://bit.ly/TalkTPEEvents by 5pm on Monday 22nd February 2021.

Kathryn O’Brien, Customer Experience Director for TransPennine Express commented: “Listening to those that use our services and hearing their feedback is very important to us. I want to say thank you to those that have already taken the time to register for the next #TalkTPE event and encourage anyone else that is interested to book a space today, we would love to hear from you!”
