Heathrow Express has been recognised as a top performer for punctuality in the latest rail performance statistics published by the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) for the period of July to September 2024. With an impressive punctuality rate of 75.7%, Heathrow Express outpaced all other open access operators by at least 15%.
The performance highlights the company’s steadfast commitment to providing a seamless and dependable service for its passengers.
