Bombardier has delivered Poland’s first ERTMS Level 2 signalling solution.
Working with the Polish infrastructure manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe, Bombardier has completed the first implementation of ERTMS Level 2 on the Legnica-Wegliniec-Bielawa Dolna section of Poland’s E30 line.
It is the first mixed ERTMS Level 2 and conventional signalling system in Poland.
Bombardier is currently the only supplier to have received approval in the country for the onboard signalling equipment.
