Eurostar offers Ukrainians with correct visas free travel to UK

Listen to this article

To help Ukrainian nationals travelling to the UK, Eurostar is offering free tickets from any of its stations to London St. Pancras International.

Ukrainians with a valid visa to enter the UK, along with their Ukrainian passport, should speak to a member of the Eurostar team at Paris Nord, Brussels-Midi, Lille Europe or Amsterdam Central stations, where they will be issued a ticket for travel to London.

Travellers should arrive with the necessary visa documents, as these will be checked by the UK Border Force during the check-in process. The UK government is regularly reviewing the criteria for Ukrainian refugees to enter the UK, and it is strongly recommended that travellers contact the British Embassy or check the UK government website for the latest information.

Eurostar is not accepting pets for travel on Eurostar, but will make arrangements if you are travelling with a guide or assistance dog.
