The railway community is preparing to congregate again at #Railtex2023 – the industry’s anticipated event that shapes the future of rail in the UK and beyond. Spanning three busy days at the NEC arena in Birmingham, it’s an event not to be missed.

RailwayPeople.com is hosting the Careers, Talent, and Skills Hub – a unique networking area at Railtex for all employers, job seekers, and anyone looking to join the railway family.

The hub will provide a space for visitors and job seekers at any stage of their career to drop by and meet employers from leading organisations in the rail industry. The D/Gauge Marketing Manager, Mandeep Singh will be joining RailwayPeople.com at the Careers, Talent and Skills hub, offering advice on the railway initiatives that are available, the variety of careers and how to maximise opportunities. Mandeep is also the chair of the EDI Charter working Group, so can offer insight into the work the charter is doing to make the railway a more inclusive space.

Attendees, visitors, and Rail professionals, newcomers to rail and local schools and colleges are encouraged to visit the Careers hub where they can network with like-minded individuals.
