Crossrail Chairman joins Boxwood Board

Boxwood, the award-winning management consultancy firm, announces the appointment of Terry Morgan CBE as a Non-Executive Board Director.

Terry joins with immediate effect and will be supporting Boxwood’s senior management team as the business grows.

His key roles will be to deepen the company’s knowledge on transport and infrastructure, assist with Boxwood’s planned expansion and strengthen their corporate governance.

Terry is Chairman of Crossrail, a £14.9bn project, sponsored by the DfT and TfL, to deliver a world class affordable railway.

Prior to this, Terry was Chief Executive of Tube Lines, and before that Group Managing Director, Operations for BAE Systems. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Institute of Electrical Engineers and is currently President of the Chartered Management Institute.

Terry Morgan said: “I am delighted to be offered the opportunity to join the Board of Boxwood. I have followed their development over the past few years and I look forward to the contributing to their future success.”
