Construction lots awarded for Mumbai Metro Line 7

Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has awarded three contracts covering the construction of Mumbai Metro’s Line 7.

The contracts include the design and construction of the 16.5-kilometre elevated corridor and 16 stations between Andheri and Dahisar.

The three packages of works will be split between Simplex Infrastructure Ltd, J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd and NCC Ltd.

MMRDA said the route and its 16 stations would be delivered within 30 months.
