Atkins has been awarded a four-year contract to provide Building Information Modelling (BIM) technical services for HS2.
The appointment is part of a strategic approach being taken by HS2 to create a standard approach to the implementation of BIM Level 2 for the planning and construction of the new north-south high-speed railway.
Services will include creating the BIM educational and assessment tools which will be used by the wider supply chain.
