Antagrade, Dyer & Butler and KH Engineering Services, three businesses from the M Group Services Transport Division, have signed up to the Railway Mental Health Charter (RMHC).

The RMHC is a framework to help rail companies promote, manage and support workforce mental wellbeing. The charter aims to encourage all member workplaces to engage with the mental health agenda, as well as to support rail companies in preventing and addressing mental ill health, including the effective management of stress in the workplace.

Neil Edwards, Managing Director of the M Group Services Transport Division commented: “Antagrade, Dyer & Butler and KH Engineering Services are all fully committed commitment to the RMHC. Across these three businesses, we already have a huge number of Mental Health First Aiders and many of our people have also now completed their Mental Health Awareness training.

“Our aim is to continue to increase these numbers to help support the wider business and to take a proactive approach to ending mental health stigma, getting conversations underway and creating an open and inclusive culture where all colleagues know where and when to ask for support.”
