London Midland has launched a new scheme to recognise employees who deliver outstanding customer service, teamwork and ideas.
The scheme encourages passengers, as well as colleagues, to nominate London Midland employees.
Employees can be nominated online by passengers at londonmidland.com. Every person nominated for an award receives a letter informing and congratulating them and winners are selected by a peer panel from different teams across the business. There are Ambassador Awards for outstanding service, amazing teamwork, contributing to the community, and innovation & ideas.
The winners each receive a presentation certificate, vouchers and a limited edition enamel Ambassador badge.
London Midland managing director Mike Hodson said: “’Everyday people in our business go out of their way to do something amazing for their colleagues or customers. We want to recognise and reward these efforts.
“The London Midland Ambassador Award is designed to recognise and celebrate people doing outstanding things.”
