EPM Group, with the support of Literacy Capital, has completed the acquisition of transport software businesses 3Squared Ltd.
Sheffield-based 3Squared is an award-winning digital solutions provider to the rail industry which aims to make the transportation sector safer, greener, and more efficient through digitalisation.
Its flagship software suite, RailSmart, continues to gain traction in the rail sector as more passenger, freight operating companies, and suppliers to the rail industry use the software to increase productivity while reducing risk and cost.

The acquisition sees EPM strengthen its capability in providing software solutions across the transport sector, focussed on improving operational and commercial performance.
