Rail customers in the North and into Scotland are being invited to book a space and chat virtually with train managers next month, all from the comfort of their own home.
Train company TransPennine Express (TPE) wants to give its customers the opportunity to get in touch and discuss the things that matter to them when it comes to travelling by train.
The next #TalkTPE event will be hosted by Customer Experience Manager, Emma Teale, who manages cleaning, catering and continuous improvement, and Customer Relations Manager, Victoria Snell who holds responsibility for managing customer enquiries and resolving complaints.
The session will take place between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday 5 May 2021, with each one to one discussion lasting 15 minutes.
Anyone planning on travelling by train soon will have the chance to talk about the various measures that have been put in place to keep them safe, so that they can travel with confidence.
Customers can sign up for the next event at: http://bit.ly/TalkTPE and spaces will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
Emma Teale, Customer Experience Manager for TransPennine Express commented: “Our #TalkTPE events are the perfect opportunity for us to talk to our customers one on one and have a conversation about the things that really matter to them.
“The next event will be especially useful for anyone planning to use the train again for the first time after lockdown. Customers will be able to learn more about all of the extra measures and enhanced cleaning programme we’ve introduced to keep everyone safe, allowing them to travel with confidence.”
Victoria Snell, Customer Relations Manager for TransPennine Express added: “Listening to the people that use our services is so important to us, and the feedback we receive from these events helps us to make valuable improvements across our network.
“I would encourage customers to sign up today using the link provided.”
