The Gatwick Express will be giving away Easter eggs to children travelling on the service over the coming Easter Weekend.

Welcome hosts will be handing out the treats, bought with employees’ prize money, at platforms 13 & 14 of Victoria Station from Good Friday until they have run out.

Caroline Jarvis, customer service manager for Gatwick Express, said:

“Our team leaders attended a Network Rail forum where they won £100 for their extensive knowledge about customer satisfaction figures. They decided to use their prize money to buy chocolate eggs to give to children who travel on the train over Easter.

“This shows just how dedicated our team is to delivering a world class service to all Gatwick Express customers and adds something special to every child’s journey during one of the busiest times of the year in the travel calendar.”
